I ordered the large size and it took 17 days to get to the US! Very quick! I did not need to contact the seller for any reason so I cannot review their timeliness…however, the quality of the bag is outstanding for the price! I would highly recommend this bag from this seller. See my pics! Only thing I can point out is the overlap of the V stitching on the front, otherwise everything is fantastic. Soft suede interior and heavy duty chain and hardware .

The coloring is beautiful very happy with the black onyx coloring, and I hope it lasts for a very long time! I plan to purchase more and different colors and I think the seller for a great product. I didn’t order the box, but it came in a plastic baggie in a little tiny small brown box undamaged, and in great condition.
